I have been playing for a wee while.... and my pearl inventory on my main is polluted with a ton of low level advice of valks (i have 218 +20 alone and there not extremly useful). 

PA should consider opening up the ability to upgrade advice of valks to say a maximum of +150. It shouldn't be an easy peasy opening either but something that is possible without creating such a boon of those scrolls we suddenly run in to a PENtopia.

My thoughts are something like this. Firstly create a new workshop in the City/Town of Eilton as it is a newer area and just by looking at it it has potential to create anonther house/storage/workshop node withouth totally breaking the bank.

Secondly name the workshop what ever you want but it will have two craftable items (name them what ever I am just slogging in names):

1) Enlightenment Stone.  this would be used to enhance three advise of valks that fall in the same range based on values of 10 (i.e. 10 - 19, 20 - 29 etc.) to the minimum of the next range.

2) Enchanted Scroll (+10). We have seen them all the time nothing new to see here.

I would make sure that the materials are balanced out using some common and rarer node gathering materials. 

Placing a 3 to 1 ratio and, using some semi rare materials would tamp down on an insane amount being created. even if someone could wallop through and gather the materials for everything starting from complete scratch having a production time of 10 minutes each would roughly take 1200 hours to get a +150 scroll  or, alternateively at 1 minute it would take 120 hours depending on what would be determined as the best way not to break the game (three weeks is what it would take to make a ship so it seems fair to me). 

Just to put it in persepctice if you were starting completely from scratch you would need 4,782,969 enhancement scrolls and, 1,594,323 Enlightment stones to get your +150 so were not talking small beer in materials nor time even with only a 1 minute production time. and say you need 1 monk's branch and 1 sunrise herg at the absolute lowest prices right now on the market the cost silver cost would run up to 19,500,164,613 so... it would not over incentivize the production over that of creating a fail stack because well a pen danelion lowest on the market is 6,200,000,000

Just my thoughts dunno if anyone has any input/feedback.

You already can upgrade it. You use it, and start failstacking it to the desired level.

remember those scrolls where you need BSA/W to make FS, boy those are a noobtrap on the lower end
