Been playing with two characters for a while now and liked it a lot.
But when starting on a Sorceress I noticed some odd things that really don't make sense and make controling them a lot more anoying then it should be.

For example, her "Night Crow" mobility teleport can be controlled by "Shift + Direction", makes sense.
But Forward "Night Crow" has to be done by double tapping forward? what? WHY?! Just make it "Shift + Forward"

There is no other skill tied to Shift + Forward for the Sorceress, so why make it so impractical?

Can't be to damper her mobility, as other classes have much more range then her teleport, and can freely move forward if they want to.

Then there is also the problem once you get your Awakening.
Her normal/Succession "Rushing Crow" is done by "Forward + RMB"

Then there is also the Awakening "Wings of the Crow" that is done by "Forward + E" sure makes sense.
But what's this? "Forward + RMB" with your Amulet... What?!

So when you try to use Rushing Crow with your amulet, you will use "Wings of the Crow" instead, meaning "Crow Rush" becomes unusable unless you chain it directly after Wings of the Crow by manually switching back to the Amulet, during the 4 second cooldown...

WHY?! Just keep "Rushing Crow" "Forward + RMB" and make "Wings of the Crow" "Forward + RMB" while using the Scythe, and "Forward + E" when using the Amulet, as "Forward + E" is not linked to any skill for the Socreress in normal/succession.

I agree, that binding is completely stupid. But I don´t think any sorc player is actually using that. Just bind the WW to an additional mouse button and you are fine.

there is actually 2:

one is "sprint attack" (auto attack after sprint, nobody uses)

other is the jump iframe, shift+w after space

(but agreed, different binds would be better, in fact, imo they should make everything fully bindable as you wish, with shift/ctrl/alt modifiers as you wish)

shift+forward would mean the class can't sprint anymore while in battle stance ... try shai to see how annoying that would be, not whistanding you'd lose some attacks and animation breaks ... so pretty stupid
the shift+forward+lmb can be used in pre-awake as a fast and easy access float skill in main hand and awake, it also double as an animation cancel or animation boost in awakening
(w+lmb -> violation ) 

Awakening Wings of the crow is something pretty new to all awakening sorc, before class reboot you didn't have such luxury so they had to stick it somewhere.. it's also used as way to pass from mainhand to awakening while maintening combo (like midnight stinger can be used to come back to amulet) which was the only function of that skill back in the days.
 -> can't replace it on awakening as that would have pissed all sorc that played before (just look at the stupidity in my sense that is dark claw on forward+lmb while they kepts dark flame backward +lmb+rmb, but it was done for a good reason )
 -> can't move it from forward+rmb as that would really impeed Sorc gameplay that is combo heavy 

All in all Sorc is a combo heavy class, and while some of the thing don't make sense to you, they're here for a good reason the primary one being that some commands tend to interfer with others, whic is the reason they took dark claws from backward + lmb to forward +lmb (cause in the initial setup they couldn't make it so you could activate darkflame at will without using dark claws) and another being way to animation cancel 

also adding that they removed a good quantity of skills, (notably the different kicks) and some animation cancel..

^ Nice explanation.  Forward Night Crow, you keybind WW to a button on your MMO mouse.  I agree, if W+shift was Night Crow, it would be so annoying to play.

As for hardest class to master, IDK if this is the case nowadays, though.  "Weirdest class to get used to initially", sure, because of her key inputs, many cancels and timing in key presses to squeeze out smooth animations, and constant stance swapping might feel weird or take a while to get used to compared to other classes.  As proven by OP of this thread.  But once you get those things down, IDK...the class isn't very hard to play anymore.  It used to be the case...almost everything was unprotected, minimal protected CC, before Rabams our movement was much more limited, low damage compared to other classes, but post-rework...IDK man.  I look at protected Shadow Eruption, the 2 new SA skills, buffed damage, and while the class does require some intricate usage to get the most oof the kit, once you can do that, IDK if it's hard to master anymore.  Just takes a while to get used to her feel.  But I'd def agree she's one of the hardest.  Top 5, for sure...she requires a certain precision, intricacy, and micromanagement (stamina) not typically found in other classes.
