New player here , bought the 30 dollar package from the Pearl Abyss store on account I registered. I can login and play fine , and the purchase shows there on my account , but on the web storage page when I select it before I hit next , it wants me to select a region , but on the drop down box there's nothing there under region to select.

Any help or ideas ?

To be clear, you are saying that this option, at this very specific step of the web storage item claim is not present for you?

Dahkokt did you ever find a solution to this? I just purchased the legendary package and I have no region as well. Can't even redeem any coupons I entered.

Edit* As a note I am a PC player. Account was made on the pearl abyss website before ever logging in. Logged in via client. Never touched steam. @Cadry

It works via the website even for steam now, that was improved a long time ago :)

I purchased also that package during the release of the game. But, I had decided to unlock my gear on a later date. Forgetting all about it, I come back and now wonder where I can even find my purchased things. I've got no clue where to see these things or how to activate any of it. I can redeem and I do see items in the; Web Storage. However, I bought an armour with that package, that looked very metallic and stuff. But, that seems gone? Aghhh so complicated and it's been 8 years since!

The items you have bought back then are gone!
They where removed when your account was transfered from kakao to Pearl Abyss and you where warned, the unclaimed items would be deleted, before you started the transfer!

If you bought it during the release, it was still with another company, Kakao Games. Anything that was not claimed before the transfer happened 3 years ago will not be available anymore. If you never claimed your items, I'm afraid they are likely lost to the ether now.
