True, however games just as gear do not grow on trees. Corporations are in for the money, not customer satisfaction. If it's not what we have now it will be something different and chances are worse. Growth is the only thing that matters.
For some people spending loads on a game is not an issue whatsoever. The ones that have a bad addiction should seek help. You can't help someone who doesn't want help.
The rest can choose, there's options. Few things are hard tied to money.

gotta chill, have fun and not worry about gear so much... easyer said than done i know, but if you can see this game as a game, then it so much more fun :)
one of the hardest thing to PEN, wasted a huge stack, did not Whale, took a year.. had fun and its worthless!

Only trash counts because the rest is not for sale and / or has too much rng to count as profit.
I play every day so I only have 20k agris a day. For how long is it enough, for example, in Manshaum? For 20 minutes.
So agris + scroll = 120m. But only one hour. On Kagtums = 105m. Sherekhan are much better because give you even 250m but that's still pennies, and it's still only one hour a day.
Only a fool can sell caphrases, only a fool can sell black stones, and only a fool can sell forest fury for 3,2m (sick 35% tax) instead of using it to create crystals worth 200m (market price).

Who said anything about selling these items? I have use for all of them, that's money not spend buying them. Are you denying their value? What's your point? That's what I fail to understand.

Yeah, you can keep repeating, as much as you want.
But you simply want both the treasure part hunt AND the income from a good spot. That's greedy. And having both at the same time would probably attract even more players on these spots, creating more conflicts.
And YES, you have the right to hunt for any treasure you want, but NO, you won't have your own personal settings for this hunt.
You made your choice, you went there, you got less money than money than you did on other spots, yet you still got money (no matter what you say), and that's how it is. Period.

No, the treasure is the main reason you go there. It is the profit. Why do you think it is called treasure? Why do you chase after it? It's not bad design, quite the opposite. Such design disincenivize players who don't want/need said treasures and the spots are less contested. If it was the opposite you would be crying at least twice as much.
Unlimited private zones and PvE only servers (excluding Ovlia) are against the core game design and I hope PA don't give up on it.
