Correct. Someone else has to do the RNG journey. The "you" in that case referred to the person buying the item. Clicking "buy" on the CM is kind of guaranteed. 

As we see, there is supply even for PEN Bs on the market. Ergo, there are people either quitting and selling, or making more of these items than they need. So where is the issue. If there are people willing to take the chance, let them? If people are whaling, why does it bother you? They fund the game for free updates for you, and give you the items in game that you need, without you spending a dime. 

But as I said, I do believe there are issues with the enhancing system and it's monetisation. I'm definitely not denying that. What I'm saying is that, as a player who is bothered by it, there are ways to avoid it. 

If we want to change the enhancement system, we definitely need better ideas then "give us free stuff for logging in" and "I should have endgame items because I want them" though. Feel free to suggest some ideas, or give examples from systems of other MMOs to create some discussion around that (in another post though ^^)

In addition, the Jetina system is not without benefits as well.

Caphras can be used on the PEN items and the armor and helm can be upgraded to Fallen God ( and sold ) so even if your on a different gear path, they all end up at Fallen God in the long run anyway.  It's really a nice shortcut for a lot of players.

You missing few things:

1. Fallen God its a true end game item so most people won't sell it.

2. We only have two parts, it is not known when we will get the next two, it could take up to 2 years.

3. Production cost of Fallen God is high and the profit is small.

4. Getting Fallen God on your own is difficult. You need Flame and these are hidden behind two walls: very high ap, party Turos zone and even more ap / dp winter zones. And this is what we're talking about here: without ap, most players won't get Flame.

5. Pens from Jetina are only once per account.

6. Pens from Jetina are not free. Their total cost is almost the same as the price of pen in a market. But there is one very important difference: Jetina requires less money, the rest of the ingredients can be obtained just by playing. 

So once again: dp is not such a problem, problem is to increase ap.

Most of the players are pve players, i.e. they use black stars (in Europe). No option to get a pen = not possible to increase ap.

Second way to increase the ap is through accessories. And the same problem.

Both the prices of pen black stars and pen accessories are so out of touch with reality that their purchase is impossible.

And I really don't care that some of you don't have life. Others have and are not going to grind for 10 years.

Nobody talks about few weeks, players just want progress, not regress and this is the degradation and disappearance of items.

I repeat: I can fail 100 times on pen, but I still have to have tet. If I fall on a tri or an item worth 10b disappears then such playing and such an enchantment system does not make sense.

Regress can be easily avoided. You enhance spares, not the gear you use or just buy/pre-order if possible. Downgrading and loosing items is one way of making sure the best items are not easy to get. If that didn't happen then the success rate will have to be nerfed significantly. One way or another best items should be hard to get.
