How long till we get our support tickets answered?? I'm starting to get worried that these issues won't ever get resolved. Ive lost my family name and all my characters despite doing the transfer how they wanted it. Are there any moderators who can at least let us know all is well and it will be tended to? cheers.
Yeah Im having some issues to, some related to pearl items not actually working now just sitting in my inventory, additionally have had a support ticket open about a missing completion request for my seasonal belt etc. No word and all tickets just "registering"
Sincerely apologize for the delay of ticket answers. Support has received over 30.000 tickets regarding data transfer that they need to look at and solve. So please stay patient. There is possibility that you might need to wait a while.
Yea, I recieved a reply after a few days and was told that they are working to catch up.
