Yes, read the notes about the class. That's what is assumed for the class:
"All of his skill effects are highlighted by colorful, kaleidoscope-like visuals, which capture the mysticism and beauty of the ancient's combat style. Lastly, Sage can enter Hystria Ruins or Aakman Temple directly with no materials and will have Succession available at launch."

I think he won't have to pay a black spirit claw when talking to npc to enter these.

This is correct, no cost to enter; i highly doubt this is a teleport mcthingy.
How OP thought "Lastly, Sage can enter Hystria Ruins or Aakman Temple directly with no materials" meant teleport is beyond me.

Yes it is, Tag your main to the Sage, put minimal gear on the sage so it doesn't get 1 hit by a mob, don't even need to copy the gear, let yourself into Hystria/Aakman, swap back to your main. Zero silver to copy gear, main gets let in at any time, Profit. I would do the exact same thing if there was a Kratuga or Sycria key free character.

Has that been proven to work though? They might make changes due to do this

You can tag any character to your main, find a portal on the alt and swap to the main. Do you not understand how tagged characters work?

This is true, but those areas no longer premium spots in the game.
A better way to make use of this is to Karma Bomb players in Hystria/Aakman. That way you can immediately port back without the need for tears and send your opponents to Jail.
After all this is a PVP game and white dots are not your friends, they are your ENEMY.
