Something was mentioned in PA's Late Night Talks with PA on 3rd August 2022.

"A class balance patch is scheduled for this week on Global Labs. In addition, an internal testing phase based on data from players is taking place, and feedback is always collected through the suggestion forums as well. The patch is focused on making adjustments to classes that are too powerful in PVP, too efficient in PVE, and classes that have low efficiency in PVE. After this balance patch, more data will be collected for fine-tuning."

"Since PVE balance is top priority, the direction is to reduce classes that are outstanding, while preserving their class characteristics. The classes which are currently showing excessive performance in the top PVE grind spots are Shai, Succession Musa and Succession Striker."

What's everyone's thoughts on this?

IMHO Striker's PvE is best in high end out of all the classes I played, but It's mostly because he can sustain burst dps. From what i've observed there are some classes that can outburst damage striker in a 2s-2.5s attack rotations, but the problem is unlike striker, those attack rotations have the limit of using a big skill that has a long cooldown. Striker's AoE range ok but not amazing, his HP sustain is very good but not the best, his movement is again very good but not the best. What really makes Striker THE BEST is the fact his burst dps rotations have low cooldown and they don't use useless moves that do useless damage. 

It seems more like PA's devs want to take the easy route of nerfing the best PvE characters so they don't have to put as much time time fixing the many useless attacks and skill rotations in other classes kits. BDO "balance" devs seem to feel they make too much money to care about putting time into their work. What's wrong with having classes like succ Striker that have fun PvE skill rotations which actually feel like they're doing damage. Instead of griefing your own players why not FINISH THE REWORKS and fix all the useless crap in other classes. If the devs are having trouble fixing the DPS maybe they should actually start taking animation time and cooldown into account instead of just looking at total damage for once.

PVE got his nerv - item prices grow up and loot grows down - hours and hours stars end - no drops anymore ! Devs would say - "feel free to buy costumes and sell them on central market to get ingame money"

Dont know what happen but this game is ruined - bad rework for many classes and fixes and fixes and nervs - better they undo all they have done since they get it back from kakao games

Many streamers on yt and twitch are gone and play other games and i think many players looking for other mmo´s if this trend go on. 

I mean - they ruin classes because they where able to get loot from maybe 2 high end spots - no comment ...

Easier to nerf 2 overtuned classes rather than buffing 20

its seems so absolutely carzy to me why they just won't buff/nerf classes they deem too strong/weak every week by couple % until it fits their agenda.

No, they spend 1 month on huge over-the-top buffs and nerves when half are not needed or overdone.

Given any1 really believes they don't shit out those changed in a quick meeting on Monday morning and do something more profitable in the meantime.
