This just happens to me today and never happens to me before. Before today, when I use the skills that consume ions after i use Skewer, the ions are consumed immediately and the skill gets the damage boost. However, today, it just doesn't happen like that anymore. After i use Skewer and then immediately use ions-consuming skills, The skills don't consume ions and damage doesn't get an increase. As you can see, the ions-consuming skill does not consume ions immediately and doesn't get increase in damage.
