Imagine you want to just relax for 5 seconds what happens to your perfect relaxation? It gets ruined. Shai is especially bad like this, I'm not sure about other classes (feel free to pitch in) but Shai will whimper and whimper then all of a sudden -- YEAAAAAAH!!! YEAAAAAAAH!!! YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!

We can at least be thankful that other players can't hear her because there would be a man-hunt against shai 24/7. Her idle sounds are obnoxious and horrible and it feels like the devs did it to troll us. I really can't stand it anymore, it may as well be considered a bug because it's so constant, back-to-back yelling and whimpering. Please end the shai noises I beg you.

open your intventory or go to your character profile or open the option boards and the game will not go in afk mode where the character go in derp mode

or just put the game in your background 

Thanks, I'll try keeping a menu open and see if that helps. It's far too annoying to deal with. I don't know what option boards is but it's quite easy to press [i]. Hope they remove this annoying thing.

for example i go in skill menu if i dont want to heard noise from the game especially the game music or npc chatting or noise from other players, i think it also working when you go in the pearl shop

As it turns out it doesn't work when you're sitting unfortuantely. I tried different methods but nothing. I would prefer not having to open a UI just to "fix" something that should not exist in the game. Wish we could toggle idle animation and sounds off, it would make the game much better.
