new character creation _ command setting locked in cinematic....

can you unlock the access to setting command becoz NOT everyone have a u.s. keyboard with ( for example ) W as command for "going forward" or A for going left....
This is really annoying since we have to figth since the very begining of the new storyline ( in the desert ) wich looks pretty cool but LET US CHANGE COMMAND setting before starting the story
