They will never uncensor shai, its not even PA doing it, its straigh up some sort of pedo laws in EU force them to do so, if you want uncensor shai, go elect pedo politicans who will repel that law.

As for other feedbacks,  PA should actually hire some CM's  that not a  streamers, so they can actually communicate with verified playerbase, and take suggestions.  Instead we have what we have,   a forum with  like 50 players, majority of which  private accounts that hiding empty accounts behind private settings and have like 1k posts on a forum that have zero impact on game, while no one of GM's/CM actually  use forums beside hiding posts.

Only ingame surveys that have requirements to participate in them can create proper suggestions, not twitch, not discord, not forum full of unlinked/private accounts

That is true that originally the game got released as censored, and there was complains about that, a lot, but that got better quickly.
