Shai Handicap list

-No Succession

-No Awakening

-No "S" Block

-No "Q" Block

-No Hiding/Invisibility Skills

-Not many useful PVP Skills

-Not many useful PVE Skills

-General Mobility Handicapped

-Music Skill, Handicap even more the mobility

-General Slow Response between music skills and combat skills

-Very limited Combat range

-Comparatively Poor, Skills Area of Effect range for grinding in PVE

Analysis:

This class is not prepared to compete with any class in most or all the game content. All the functionality and power are concentrated on the little things Shai has in her non-awakening skill set.

Suggestion:

For this new Shai Nerf, at least fix some of the mentioned points in the handicap list.

they made shai lifeskill class want them to buff shai for all lifeskills make it the ultimate life skill class

Shai was never a life skill class. How would this even work? And how is it possible? 

people are making shai pve alts for few specific endgame spots and its mandatory in any (even semi)serious group content, i wouldnt really call it handicap class.

dont get me wrong i do think it should have more options in other game content than those few things.

PA clearly doesn't care about the Shai for its current handicap in their it will remain a special lifeskill class and PvE support. for PvP it will never be adapted because it is the community that created its adaptation in PvP not Pearl Abyss.

I think the changes to the shai are whining from some players who can't stand to see a class that's easy to play and that's only strong point is the PVE grind. But then again, they're alienating the shai players and the class for its support. Too bad for them.

/\ added ooops wait. i think i read your post wrong and you here not saying what i thought /\ - as you called her 'life skiller' and 'pve support', and she is no speical life skiller and her pve had been reduced when it should be op... sorry if i have you wrong (very possable im not very well atm, and my comprhesion is way down, my bad, not yours) -

They failed at making her the ultimate life skill class since there are literally a few other combat classes far better suited for life skilling. Shai is slow, has horrible CD and there's really no reason to use a Shai for lifeskilling. I use her for everything but that's because I chose shai as my main and it was a painful decision to make. I didn't think she would be so handicap long-term, I should have looked into it but I'm too deep into her build to just move on. Plus I spent a fortune of real and in-game money on outfits and other things. They should't force a class to be all about life skill, that would be a horrible and stupid decision to make. Instead, they should allow all classes to be the ultimate lifeskill class by enabling lifeskill OR combat skills tree in a new section. Shai was doing well and people appreciated the changes that were made but they changed their minds and now Shai is just as useless as last year.
