Instead of having to exchange one outfit that'll hide the skirt and top but not the cape to one that'll hide the cape and the top but not the skirt, just have it to where ONE outfit will hide all 3 things instead of having to chose 2 over the other, Seems kinda counter productive to not have it do this in the first place and seems even more of a waste of time to have to introduce an exchange to still not get a desired result. just have the hide cape function remove all 3 things on one outfit.

I agree with OP. While the outfit looks excellent in any combination, but because we only have one toggle for outfits we have to choose and I would prefer the cape and top+skirt to be gone in the new Shell Belle version when you toggle the cape off.
Preferably though it'd be great if you could program more outfit toggle buttons, so you can toggle top, skirt, and cape seperately.
Another thing is the cape conflicts with the skirt. This is most noticeable if dyed separate colors. The transparency of the cape renders the transparency of the back side of the skirt to be invisible.

Exactly this^
Why does the "shucked" variant add in more shuck that was already previously removed with the pre-existing cape toggle? The pre-existing toggle removed the skirt and just left the hotpants. Literally all they had to do was ALSO remove the jacket, to get the desired results.

Yeah, I'm really not understanding why they need this restriction on something we pay for...especially when it is already visible in safe zones.
