And yet the fact remains there are people playing Genshin instead of BDO which is the real punchline. /throwingshade

BDO keeps updating their EAC to the latest version, as do other games. Whenever the versions dont match because one of the two parties has yet to update, playing both will not be possible. This is due to how EAC works. It will work intermittandly, but not always. So no, its not exactly something that can be "adressed", as it is simply a byproduct of EAC itself. Comment on it in an EAC ticket or feedback or anything similar if you wish to have a chance change something about it.

Genshin use another anti cheat, it's just a "chinese conflict"..

They can fix it by going back to the better anticheat they had before instead of this cheap broken shit.

I have same problem when i want to start BDO while i'm already playing Genshin Impact.
Hope they fix this soon, while waiting i don't play BDO anymore
