Since there's so many new mountains , and climbing trees could actually be fun.

Can we get an eta on the climbing lifeskill? the perks? the benefits?

Can we atleast get an animation to climb with our stamina?

It'd be insanely helpful.

PA promised something and you was fool enough to believe in it, At this point PA promosie some much that everyone playing game can get used it.

Not on live servers in a ~month  = was never intended to exist.

Aaaaaah, it is clearly something that is not essential...  That is why we may see it one day! XD

But we could appreciate the verticality of some places so...  Why not? 

its funny for me why they even hold those "balls" every few months .... they are talking about updates and promisses that are not happening are canceled or forgotten about.

They somehow tricked me into believing them in first year .... but now i don't even watch it ... i wake up check reddit for free codes and stuff look at the trailer for new class (just for curiosity which animation they re-used) and thats about it.

Climbing lifeskill got announced in 2017 Into the Abyss event.

Climbing lifeskill got axed on 2018 Q&A session. To quote them: "We tried hard to make climbing exciting but, in the end, it wasn't different enough from the current climbing system and is being scrapped for the time being"

Climbing lifeskill still being asked for in 2022.

It's not coming guys.

no please lets get trading mastery and farming mastery and let them balance lifeskills improve them before adding new 1s thanks

This is fair. I don't think they ever promised climibing as a feature but just pitched the idea that they're playing with this idea. The idea was good but I guess in practice it ended up not making much sense. I'm pretty sure the same thing will happen with snowboarding. I'm sure they developed twice or three-times the amount of features available in-game but they have never seen the light of day because it just didn't belong.

In retrospect, PA has been pretty ummm... Unusually good at delivering their promises in the past year. They were late on just about everything BUT it's quite the improvement from the previous years. They did do a 180 because they had to do a class rebalancing first thing but other than that, they managed to catch up on almost everything else they promised for the year.

Yeah, they even acknowledged it themselves at the last Calpheon Ball. They've been overselling so much on these past events that when they have to cancel/delay something people react badly so they are trying to reduce the amount of things they promise and just announce whatever content is sure to release.

If you watch Calpheon Ball 2021 and Calpheon Ball 2020 its night and day, way less being promised and (almost) delivered already to the live game. Now they just need to minimize the content delays and we can actually start taking whatever they say its coming seriously.
