I cant run the multi Relic scrolls alone or in a group. If I'm in the group no one else can start it either. Everyone gets the message: "The use and transfer of this item has been prohibited because of an administrative issue" Has anyone else had this issue? I did a full re-install and that didnt fix anything.

Thats best to write support about it.
On a nother note ... why on Earth are you wasting time on scrolls. Litterally any other in game activity is bringing you more money per hour than scrolls even if you get them for "free" is not worth doing them the only exception is if you need them and there are non on the market place for you to buy.
MMO players allways forgot to account for opportunity costs ... invest your time wisely for faster progress.

ROTFL. Answer is simple: because memory fragments cost 3m. And "memory bosses" scrolls ALWAYS give you better memory fragments (and others items) ratio then just sell scrolls fragments on market with sick 35% tax.
Also:
1. Don't tell us what to do and how to play because it's none of your business.
2. If everyone did what you think is "more profitable" then you would have an empty market because there would be nothing in the game, zero memory fragments, zero boss gear, zero accessories, elixirs, food, etc.

we had the same issue with ibedor scrolls ("The use and transfer of this item has been prohibited because of an administrative issue"). The strange thing was there was a party next to us that was pushing scroll after scroll with no issue.

Are you certain the other group was doing group summons? I heard other people having the issue as well, but no solution so far.

Yes, It wasn't the other group either. It was my group. They were running scrolls fine until I got there. I joined and no one could run them. We switched servers, reformed the party, passed lead to everyone with no luck. I left and they imediatoly were able to do them again.
Also I figured out its not my account thats bugged, rather just one character. Thats not particularly helpful though since its the character I have inventory slots on.

I got the exact same problem since today, weirdest thing is, we did like 50 scrolls with no problems and then suddenly my char is bugged or something and it doesnt work with that char in a party.

So with you in party the bug apeared and as soon as you left it was gone?
It's just a guess, but did you join with a season char?

At least research before saying something like this, but I guess keep thinking like that and we'll keep doing scrolls instead.

I dont know about him but for me I did it on my main, definitely not a season char. Also even tried clearing out my whole inventory except scrolls and still didnt work, so dont think it's item related either.
