Try to do BG/Arena with 5 fps. You will see nothing. And you can't do anything. The effect is basically the same.

the standard of enjoyment was not the same at the time. in the same way that console users were unable to see that their PS1/PS2/PS3 games with one digit drop frames in several places. And that these people found 30 fps smooth. Mentally ill people today.
I spent more than a decade playing wow, and I did raid with 4fps and still was top at dps.
AS for arena/bg you have more than 5 fps even if you play from a gameboy, literately, so IDK what you're blabling here.
Newerthless you're talking about cornercases here, bdo would not even start on such weak hardware, but you not going to get any advantage runing wow at 300fps instead of 60.

Riot is a woke company, I would not expect very apealing characters. Also they will going to use custom engine for sure, remember they already hired the core wow developers from blizz, they have the knowledge.
As for LA that is still massively more poular than bdo.
i dont deny lost ark is more popular, but seem majority active players are bots and anyway on steam chartz we are stable around 13000 players in black desert since 3 or 4 months, so it look lost ark is not really the black desert killer
