I feel your pain guys, but you are all veterans. As you might of noticed from the abundance of events, and free weekends, they are trying to bring more players in.
This is your advice to new players:
1. Oh just wait there for 30 mins for it to despawn to get pity loot/logcredit.
2. Dont do it, their loot gives me a pretty good extra income, so dont go, I dont want you taking my loot due to leech RNG.
3. If you arent going to do a lot of damage, dont do it, because I dont want you to leech from my effort.
What I was saying, was that there needs to be more of an incentive to do world bosses. At the moment, regardless of what you may want to believe, attendance across the majority of the servers is at an all time low. If the addition of a universal currency, or an instant teleport for people, encourages veterans/newplayers to participate, I dont see how it would be a bad thing.

And what this gonna change ? its just iflate game to a point where noone need caphras anymore and there is millions of them on MP and no one go to bosses anymore because its take ages to kill them and everyone just show up for free loot with 49lvl character,because of guarantree drops.

Do you know when there were many players? When everyone had an alts with an oasis gear.
Why nobody wants to fight stronger versions of bosses? Because they kill those alts in one hit and give nothing of value in the loot.
Maybe I got 20-30 boxes from them in total. They all gave me a lvl 0 box. This is a scam. This box should only be pri-tet. And not 1% chance for tet but 25% for each.
Should always be careful with what info you decide to include in an original post, Toosh. Get something wrong and inevitably there will be people that come out and turn your post into an argument over something that wasn't the original point anyway.
Bosses need to be reworked because empty bosses with few people unable to kill a raid boss is bad design, regardless of loot tables., and I think a "warp to boss" might help. You're right that it's a time-value issue for anyone with significant progression into their characters. To other people's suggestions about Belongings of Adventurer II, that's a bad idea really. That's what the original Belongings was created for, and it did increase the boss attendance for a while, but did it fix it in the long run? No, it's a temporary fix. The only way that system works is to constantly add more loot to the boss piñata, which only serves as a inflation to the economy.
I know that the "official" explantation is that those that do more damage get better loot, or that better loot is based on how well you battle, but I have battled these bosses daily for a couple years now, and in my experience.... a one tap leeching gives me the same or better loot than getting the first blow, battling ferociously the whole time, never getting hit....
I feel it's pure RNG. The system could use an overhaul, and the loot can definitely be made more relevant.
im sure as hell not gonna interrupt my grinding session for a boss when:
-my buffs running
-i don't teleport there
-i lose exp/crystals
-it takes too long
-i get a basic reward of 10m and a 1% of extra 200m
I personally am happy that they died out cuz I cant get fomo'd and I don't have to stay online longer just to roll that piniata for yet again 10mil.
