And grab classed already have to think twice, that's too easy to call it a win button when most of the work is done even before the grab itself.
Yeah they really need to think much, when played properly (meaning the game is adjusted with third party software) there are grabs that land faster than the animation starts to play for yoru enemy. I mean the animation of the ability before the grab....

Imagine playing as a shai and dying in one shot because of a grab since there's no way to block it... Better nerf shai again just to be safe.

You connect with a fg/sa skill then grab, or defend till you hear the block noise, then grab...what extra work?
Iv been grabbed while the opponent is cc'ed. Non grab classes need a reprisal ability simple as that.
What use is iframe when we have to deal damage? I'm habitually grabbed outta airstrike, twilight dash, nocturn, twilight into Karam slash is asking for it, etc.

While it is true that grabs are too strong and have no place in a competitive PvP game, bdo is not a PvP game, and especially not a competitive one. PvP in bdo is a meme, and such broken mechanism prety much fits into it, clearly showcasing the incompetence of the developers.
Also sorc is the last class (literately) in the game to complain about it with her nocd, nogap iframe which should not exits either.
While it's true that PvP in BDO feels actually quite subpar when you realize all the sheanigans crippiling it, once the wow factor of the fluffy graphics and animations has dried up (questionnable class design, appaling level design, irredeemable flaws in the engine, inhability to balanceor design because they seemingly don't have PvP dedicated teams etc.) even more when you try to think about it as an Esport contender, Good PvP games have grabs. Every good Vs fighting game has. But these are games, even if some have flaws, that are designed on the gameplay side as well as the technical aspects by people who know what they're doing.

Based on this reasoning and those of OP and several others, grab classes should always be the top dogs in 1vs1 and small scale fights.
