Hello,

I recently made a new character because I wanted to stay at Level 49 for fishing, bartering, gathering, etc.  Those of us who want to stay at 49 don't need a pop up notice reminding us every time we need to do a quest.

Please give us a toggle option to turn off this notification on our Level 49 characters.  I understand that it needs to be on to assist newer players, but a toggle option would be great.  Or at least a "don't show this again today" option.
