I'd like to give my personal opinion on the changes shown on the global lab patch notes about Shai, especifically the change regarding to allowing all her buffs to be lvl 3 instead of choosing only one.

As a main Shai I think that is a considerable buff and even at the risk from Shai comunity eating me alive :P, I think that's not the buff she needs. Don't get me wrong Shai definitely needs buffs and changes and she's not on a position to complain about any positive changes she gets but I think that buff is not the correct approach.

I don't understand from where did PA get this idea I have the impression sometimes that they listen to the feedback from people that party up with a Shai instead of the Shai itself. Definitely not from the Class Feedback CM Vedir left, since in that post the mayority of feedback regarding to shai aren't about shai buffs needing an improvement they are more about the class not being able to keep up with ther other classes in regard to mobility, protections, heals, artina sol issues, bugs in some of her skills stuff like that.

I think her flute buffs as they are now are good  and they should prioritice to improve the class in other aspects. There is more to being a support class that just buffing, you can improve her in healing, debuffs, CCs, being able to stop enemy players to kill your allies, create openings that your allies can exploit, stop imcoming damage things like that. Of course she should have the mobility and protections necesaries to be able to do this kind of things without eating dirt all the time (I know the lvl 3 Summer Rain will help in this regard).

What I want to say in the end is like I want Shai to be fun to play, fair, and satisfiying and this buff just by itself it will practically turn the shai in an utility asset on a node like a Cannon or Hwacha once she gives the buffs she will be pretty much useless. 

Good take. I remember when corsair was released she was really slow and the community complained enough so that her movements were fluid. We need something like that, to be more fluid. Compared to the other classes that are getting really buffed, the talent buffs feel empty and hollow. I like how they decreased what I presume is the shift+Q shield skill from 5 seconds to 3 second cooldown, that was a necessary change for sure. Shai is improving in some ways but if she's to compare with other classes she hasn't improved at all at least at a glance.

If all the other classes are getting buffed, shai hasn't really moved up to an equal playing field. Notice how all the classes got like 200 changes but shai was like 3 basic things? =/

It's a good start and finally we can do veil easier without being forced into jumping in the water at least. Maybe they could give us Succession and Awakening where one is utilities and another is combat related? IDK but we will get to use like 150 skill points and have everything maxed out LOL Clearly something is missing somewhere :P

I agreed with the OP when song buffs were released to all be T3, it was kinda like a kekw I mean okay we did ask for years but weird buff in the current state of the game with shais complaining about being buff bots. Thank goodness for magnus giving us an actual skill but we need SA & no collision on yippee and stam costs removed from hop.
