Hey can we get the ability to convert Concentrated Boss Crystals to another type?

Right now you need 360 Concentrated Boss Crystals to make a guaranteed pen but you need to turn in 4 weeks of them for 460 because 3 weeks gives 345, it would be nice if we could exchange the left overs for another type.

The idea is that you will get the additional 15 from actually fighting the bosses.

Just fight the bosses regularly instead of waiting for the weeklies

you get 3 crystals for killing a boss compared to 100 for the weekly. im doing both ofc but need to wait for right boss since you can't switch...

just give us an option to switch. all this timegated content is so stupid and bleeds players. 

You know what was timegated? getting the actual gear without the constant handouts and freebies that you have now. But eh! I guess when stuff gets easier, even the least amount of effort is too much for an impatient player that wants everything, now... no, wait! before even installing the game, if possible...

You know what else is bleeding players? Having a game centered around gearing up with nothing to do, since everything is given away in a few R-spams. And where there's no joy in working for your gear because you know that if enough crybabies are loud enough, next week, next month, PA will give more gear for no effort at all. So... yeah. 

PA, please make this game as easy and as convenient as possible. So we can be done gearing up in the first 6 hours and safely uninstall the next day. Ktb!

Um, what? I think you're confusing "forcibly time gated" with "frequently time consuming". Yes, for most people, PEN boss is frequently time consuming to obtain. But literally *nothing* about the process is time *gated* in any way. The more you work for it, the more progress you can make. Even if the progress is theoretical RNG rolls, you can still get more rolls by doing more. As many rolls as your efforts can net you. So no, just because it generally takes most people a long time doesn't mean it's time gated.

How many pen boss gear items does the average player get, starting from scratch, in the time you need to get one from Jetina? Or should've PA balance the gear acquisition around the idea that everyone's rng-carried and can just 1-tap everything? Cus then, well... you wouldn't need Jetina.

It's forcibly time gated for a good reason. But yeah... A surprise you didn't bring up the fact that you can get your best gear in GW2 in 1 day or some other solid argument.
