Succ Corsair's e buff is really bad.

Lemme explain:

-the 10 ap does not stack and is overriden by existing buffs within her base kit

-attack speed does not effect mermaid skills

-move speed does not effect mermaid skills

-most of her skills are SA and she does not need resistances. 

Seeing as mermaid skills are the main part of her kit, the e buff makes no sense. It just feels half baked and poorly thought out.

The attack and move speed are nice with sword skills but she mainly uses mermaid skills. As stated above, the ap and resistances are completely useless. This is on a 3 minute cooldown. This is entirely unreasonable.

This skill needs a rework. It's a shame it seems to have gone unnoticed in the recent feedback. Most corsairs were afraid to ask for too much because we expect the worst. Recently there were some good changes however this needs to be addressed.

My personal suggestion would be to leave the attack and move speed for sword skills but also add evasion rate and dp to the skill. This would be a very good change and feel impactful in play.

Please help me push this along.

mermaid skills arent affected by slows either, be REALLY careful what u wish for.

They shouldn't be, they're already slow af, I'm not suggesting they should be effected by speed effects at all, I'm saying the skill needs to be changed to better work around mermaid skills with alternative effects.
