So there is no way to get my account data back, haven't been playing for 2 years didn't even notice there was some Transfer data... Now i wanted to get back and have little fun but i have no account... I have 3000h in the game more than 800e spent in-game and now it's all gone... Is there any1 who got data back after the period of transfers?

No, sadly, these datas were owned by Kakao and they needed your approval to transfer them to PA. After the transfer period, these datas became useless to Kakao, so there was no reason for Kakao to keep them.

I didn't hear about someone successfully getting back their datas once the transfer period was over, though I wouldn't dare to claim that I know every case... But I'm skeptical about you being able to get your account back, sadly.

There is nothing to be done. Your account is gone forever and beyond recovery.

Unfortunately as many have already said, the data is gone and there is no way to recover it.
There was  a period of about a year between it was first known, to when the first transfer was initiated (Februari 2021) and the latest possible date before data was permanently deleted (31st of May 2021)

Despite many MANY marketing campaigns, social media notices on all platforms, and dozens of emails send out to the entire playerbase, as well as friends notifying each other, you are not the only one who neglegted all these warnings and chances and have to now start over with a fresh account. :(
