Alchemy stones (Destruction, Protection, Life) really should be re-worked and the highest grades of them should be made massively easier to obtain. The highest level stones have always been nearly impossible to make fairly due to large number of attempts, time and resources to luckily acquire one.  Some players however have purchased Splendid or even Shining Alchemy Stone of Destruction off marketplace years ago and they never get sold or made anymore.  These Splendid or Shining stones were also created by questionable means and furthermore, why would a person sell one on marketplace without some sort of motivation?

Look at them below, they are significantly more powerful than a  Vells Heart. Why should a player who luckily bought one off MP have a permanent massive advantage over everyone else?  There are 100 orders on resplendent stones, the grade below Splendid...and they never get sold anymore. This makes me want to play end game BDO a lot less because I can never acquire one no matter how much time I put in. 

There's lots of things that can be done to fix this issue. Improve Vells Heart, make AP more worthwhile at higher brackets or just let other players have an easier method to obtain a Splendid or Shining stone.

Them alchemy stones are better then vell sort of. But they were always designed to remove silver from the enconomy, well thats how it seems at least. Its why they refuse to change it . We only have just gotten skip animation for enhancing them so i have doubts they will do anything about it also splendid alchemy stone an higher are rarer then vells heart.

Vells heart is significantly easier to obtain an should not be buffed anymore as it was always a alternative to resplendid alchemy stone of destruction.
If anything they should sort the chances of alchemy stones.

Edit: Also try making alchemy stones an get them past resplendid, they workout far more expensive then the market displays
