Manor wooden furniture in ANY home

Two requests:
1) Allow us to place the Manor wooden furniture in any home.
I love that furniture, but despise the gaudy gold of the Manor.
2) I hate hunting rare mobs even more than gaudy gold.
Please give us another option on how to obtain the Manor wooden furniture.
