Making suggestions and feedbacks from private accounts unacceptable, its the same as "mom Facebook doctor", those ppl only spread misinformation and lead game in wrong direction.

Yes i'm aware that 90% of forum is private profile accounts, remove private from them, if they don't play game/ have nothing achieved in  years they should not impact game in any ways.

Very easy.

Life skiller account - what ever level of character - have  at least one guru lifeskill (depends on registration date)

PVP/PVE - depends on registration date - above 63lvl, because 61 is quests free, 61-62 take few hours.

Over all above 350 CP - because 350 is quests cap where you get free CP for doing quests, so if you actually have 28 character and less than 350 CP, you just a leecher who didn't done a single quest.

Overall  account from 2016 with not 28 characters  that is level 61 with  ~1 62, CP less than 350, and lifeskills none exist - doesn't play game.

Standing in Velia/Hiedel and spam server chat with twitch memes is not playing game.

And PA also must  display Family Fame and Energy points.

Very personal point of view. Moreover, I don't match your level 63 criteria, so I guess I'm out. XD. 

No, 99.9% of the playerbase will not reach level 63 or play thousands of hours into the game and the moment they purchase the game, they earn the right to participate in the forums and in-game. PA should not allow guests to post in the forums but they should continue to permit people to keep their profile private if they desire. There is an in-game "private mode" feature as well which is not common in games which I applaud.

I don't have a level 63 character because I don't get any benefit from it as a shai, although I have 21 characters created, some are capped to 49 due to wanting lifeskill protection, others are 61/62 and have been a player since 2015~2016 with maybe 400 days of play time on the account. Does that mean my opinions are invalid? Reaching level 63 is very, very, very time consuming and best if you attempt it whenever they have the 1000% XP buff.

Being level 63 doesn't mean you know much about the game, it just means you know how to grind in a circle for 3 weeks straight. The thought of grinding that much makes me nautious.

private from other USERS does not mean private from PEARL ABYSS they know who plays the game or not lol
