Hello,

I bought the Novice to Master upgrade package 10 days ago and when my novice status did not change into master I thought may be it takes time to take on effect. I sent an inquiry asking about it, but never got a reply back. After a week when the status still didn't change I sent another inquiry in a different category asking about why the status of my package didn't change from novice to master. When I bought the upgrade I thought it will change the edition of my current package. It has been 10 days now and my package edition is still novice. I did not get any reply about my inquiry. Am I doing something wrong with inquiry process?

Does anyone know how long it takes to get package edition upgrade? Can a community manager please take a look into my issue or let the support team know about my issue.
