This class need more buff!
I mean unlocking divine would be enough. Nothing need. Removing the divine executioner stamina lock will make the class whole.
Added ideas for balance. Just to make sure PA doesn't drop the whole "reduced cooldown" idea if they deem it too powerful.
Faster animation = Less stamina recovery and shorter iframe. (extend animation with flow: judgment).
idk i kinda like the damage of divine ex. halfing it for some very minimal stamina recovery and reducing the cd that much would just make sages spam it more for the invincible effect especially if you increased air time which is more sa time as well. although id love to just be in the air for 1-3 seconds every 8 seconds im not sure that making that kinda change on divine is the right route. Im not a game dev so im not sure how to fix this issue but i personally do not have nearly as much a problem with stamina as the more popular crowd but then again im not only using protected skills because unprotected skills have a purpose too....using them at the right time maybe not in a giant pool of CC AOE. idk.

if you doing 1v1 on awakening sage the stamina is somewhat manageable. however if you doing contents like AoS its blantly obvious that sage is heavily struggles from that department. your sage in AoS becomes a weight your teammates to carry, simply because you can not stay alive for long enough duration when you are under pressure. your stamina dries out in 10 seconds then you become sitting duck for grabs or damage of Dk,Musa.
i'll be honest, keep Divine executioner as it is and letting recover stamina during the cast is the only way to keep sage is high level gameplay and make it more rewarding if the Sage played right. But skill also could use 2 seconds of CD reduction but thats really it more than that might cause balance issues.Hopefully they will make it and finally we can able to play class and start climbing in AoS without calling people to help with using these words ''im out of stamina'' every 8-10 seconds.

It isn't a DPS loss. The change will allow us to use other damage skills and play more aggressive consistently without having to literally stand-still(with rift storm, lightning prison, etc) for stamina breaks "every 8-10 seconds" as CCaJJ said. It would improve our survivability and mobility. Definitely worth the trade-off!!
The mobility will be a huge quality of life boost for PVE too. Won't be the best, but won't hard-griefing yourself either by not tagging another class for some grind spots(mostly one-shot spots).

I don't completely agree, you can feel the lack of stamina in 1v1 match-ups as well if the enemy is aware that Sage is asmathic. Especially quick classes such as Ninja/Kuno/Warrior. I would say it's the same with DK/Musa who can just shred us if we try to SA trade them (which is our last option we do when we are out of stamina).
I don't think it makes any sense that Sage is around the only classes that have so much stamina consumption yet none of our skills allows us to recover Stamina while other classes have skills that make them MOVE and they even RECHARGE stamiana while moving.
Giving us at least 1 skill that "moves" and allows us to recover some stamina that is on a 17 seconds CD is not too much to ask, for a chance to not be a sitting duck that easily.

For sure certain classes puts more pressure on you thus make you use more dash but still managing your stamina against 1 person far more easier than against 3 person..
honestly more classes should have some sort of limitations if we want game to be fair. some classes can seemingly stay alive forever via almost unlimited movement, iframes (stam or shards) or blocks, while some have short timers till they are sure to die

I agree but both Sage specs are already very limited in many other ways besides stamina. A method to recover stamina wouldn't be too much to ask. ~10 secs and out of stamina. Like, let us play the game please?
Look at AoS ranking, there isn't a single sage in rank 100. Even Shai players made it there. We're basically griefing our team with Sage.
In your case, a wizard, you can at least use succession, rank 5 best class NA, instead of handicapping yourself with awakening.
(In the picture below is a succession sage, rank 1 awakening sage is even lower than that, in both regions. This topic is for awakening. Succession struggles at everything except group PVP)
