Just wanted to share my opinion and hear others, but I think guild system overall needs a rework on some aspects:
-Alliance system: should be nodewar related slots only, that is, if your guild has 40 slots on alliance it means up to 40 people can yes up for nodewar on the nodewar channel. This means that the guild itself can still have 100 players, but only 40 of them can show up to nodewar. This lets guilds have both a pvp and a community side to their guilds, it will also help with boosting attendance for new nodewar system since smaller guilds and casual guilds can ease into the scene by allying with 3/4 other guilds
-Guild quests: I know this got reworked already, but I think they need to do more, add quests for new zones including hadum, drop the trading quests as well tbh. Let us legit just pick the type of quest we want to get instead of being rng.
-Guild skills and points: This in my opinion, needs a total rework, besides the active skills for nodewar and maybe CTG. The other skills should just be permanent, they should rework the skills and make a complete new tree with more rewards and multiple paths. Grouping in a guild with likeminded individuals should be incentivized, and giving multiple paths with good buffs (PvP,PvE,Lifeskill,Ocean,General Stuff) to grind for, will make people flock to guilds that are focused on the same matters as the individual. The way skill points are earned can also be expanded in a way a guild will receive more by doing activities related to their main focus (just let a guild pick what focus they are), for lifeskill would be lifeskill quests, for ocean, ocean quests, PvE killing monsters, PvP doing nodewars and guild wars.
-Guild Crafting: Well for this, just probably simplifying the system, materials can easily be bought on market or maybe from guildquests. The crafted gear should already come at max stats so it saves the guilds from wasting resources from 1 or 2 individuals on such items.
Idk overall feel like the guild system is very outdated and requires an update
