"Catching horses is 'easy'"

NOT if you have a MEMBRANE keyboard and live on the opposite side of the World to main servers.

15 of my Alts are Training Artisan 1 at least with main at Master 3.

My Warrior Alt, currently doing the Magnus Questline is stuck..... guess where and he is Artisan 1. Tried to complete quest via 10 return trips to the wagon and still he has to twhirl cause the bar, when he captures the mount, no matter how fast, one finger or two, quietly hitting or madly bashing he will not get beyond the first or second rearing because suddenly the bar that was above 50% suddenly falls to below 50% and does not budge passed 49% but rather nosedives.

I am not alone in this. There are many others who just accept slack, inadequate testing. Should anyone in PA desire to look at my history, they'll note that under the OLD system, I was able to capture horses. New one?  Not a hope in Hades as far as I can see. All that has changed is the system. Nothing my end at all.

Just for a laugh, am currently having my files checked and a couple of updates done to prepare for 10 more attempts.

So, like with the Fuhgar quests that has catching a horse as quest number 33 (from memory: am having game check files whilst getting this off my chest), catching wild horses has become a total roadblock in two forms of progress.

As stated above, under the OLD system, my main was able to catch mounts, but as soon as the new sytem was implemented, Training became de riguer for gaining training Exprience. Normally that would be sufficient, but when catching a wild horse becomes part of a required questline to improve game play....

Living in Australia means that getting a lag free game is a dream. That neither you nor I can change, but the system required to capture wild horses... or maybe have an out so that folks can actually progress... I dunno like 25 fails after lassooing the mount means that successful lassooing number 26 IS a capture after 5 sugar lumps. This won't affect the Majority, but the minority that have suffered through repeated fails through no cause of their own.... and I say that, because YOU had the chance to test with membrane/Mechanical keyboards before you even released it to Global Labs. Remember that not everyone in global labs has mechanical KB or are within 2 miles of servers, let alone in the real game world and Real Life..
