Separate class vs class modifiers for class specs

Valid point, shais are so easy to run down and mercilessly destroy. If any class has the right to speak on this issue, it is us. I see why it exists, but I think the devs should do better not to use this tool to overly cripple classes. I also think it's a bit disingenuous for players to use this difference as a show of oppression when the biggest offender is just the one-shot meta and kit differences. Now, if there is an issue with the kit which the developer cannot resolve through adjustments of the kit, then adjustments to the class v class modifiers may be a good resource, as is the case for shai. For most others, it comes down to kit vs. kit changes.
Whataboutism towards a class that suffers from class mods, in a post asking to change said class mods?
Why though? Sure our kits are also weak, but a 40% dmg differential between two classes fighting eachother cant be healthy right...?
Leaving support classes that don't fall within the normal balancing equations aside.

reminder that some succession specs and some awakened specs have totally different roles and needs, separate pvp class modifiers please.

PvP damage reduction exists on each skill, modifiers are irrelivant and need to be removed.

also there is so many ways to kit out your character these days with extra stats (lightstones, artefacts, crystals, lots of gear itself)
why do some classes get so many advantages via modifiers as well? why do some get to keep being tanky to select classes in spite of going opposite gear choices often? they get "free" stats in absurd amounts. and lets not even talk about capped content and % modifier interactions.
