It's about Season Character's [Fugar’s Verbane] Riding Crop

When I press the (Y) button, the [Fugar’s Verbane] doens't appear for me.
What can I do?

It's global lab, not live server. [Fugar’s Verbane] Riding Crop will be available on October 26 (or later).

It is indeed available after today's maintenance. ;)
Another great example of player feedback being heard and applied upon one or two maintenances later.
