How come BDO has a lot of exceptional Cities but there's literally no point on visiting them?

I.E.

Valencia City

Grana

Grandiha

Odraxxia

Especially Odraxxia.  I've been doing the daily Quests there since coming back and it's completely player free.  Even Duvencrune had some players back in 2018 lol.  

Odraxxia just came out last October and it's been out for over a year in Korea and it's already this dead.  With the addition of Elvia grinding spots, there's even less reason to go to Odraxxia lol.  Dev's need to nerf Thornwood Mobs, Turos, Crypt of Resting Thoughts and The Olun Valley mobs so they no longer need a party and is doable at an AP/Accuracy which is the same as Biraghi Den at most.  Otherwise this place will be deserted forever.  

Meanwhile @ Star's End....

because it's way too far from everywhere else to be used as the main town, same reason why not a lot of people use valencia as their main town.

there are a lot of people in Grana since it's close to star's end and the new region, plus a lot of people use it as a turn in points as it's not as competitive as heidel and calpheon
