Why have you created this content without enabling the use of a controller? Many people just like me use a controller due to disability/ injury and find it extremely difficult to use keyboard and mouse which we do not do normally.

I find this to be very sloppy  work.

Any chance of a response from anyone?

i can use a controller in the magnus just fine. id check all your settings or restart or something

I guess you use the new gamepad settings. I have used a controller since the game launched and use the default settings that were there at launch. I can use either controller  settings in the magnus but I am not comfortable with the new one. When I enter the abyss the controller just does not work. I have found that I need to uncheck and recheck use gamepad in both places in the settings window when I enter and again after every loading screen. That is just not acceptable in a game rhat has been out for over five years and had controller support for that period of time.
