It's really difficult to justify an 8 minute cooldown to a yet non-existent pet. Especially when riding him has a ton of other utilities besides combat. Like keeping up with teammates. The combat abilities could go on cooldown. Why does it always have to be our movement abilities are what gets nerfed??? Sometimes you can tell the game to spawn heilang, then hit ride option, only for it to apply the 8 minute cooldown but not let you him. The same has been true of his Absorb for years. If Heilang hasn't appeared yet or was never summoned it will still apply the cooldown. 

Please fix this.
