It is currently very time consuming and difficult for guilds to summon their weekly guild bosses. It takes 4 missions of the same guild size (s,m,l,xl) just for one boss. To make matters worse, they are for outdated areas and offer no silver reward to the player doing it. This leads to most guilds simply avoiding the bosses, even though the rewards are much better now.

The previous event we had was a step in the right direction, it allowed you to kill 5000 of ANY monster and in return you got 4 summon scrolls and you didn't need to match it with the size of your guild. Something like this or even just removing the scroll requirement from the summons and having them on a weekly reset would really encourage more people to come together and do the bosses (which are now worth doing).
