With the changes to NARU gear upgrades with SAGE, is this a hint that season servers are on the way out?  No more PVE servers to play on?

next season we probably gonna get a tet ogre. but there is usually a couple of weeks in-between seasons.

You're right, I was more worried about the fact that they didn't even wait for the next season to launch Sage (one new class par season was already really fast, too fast!) but this change is surprising too and I didn't see what it might imply. 

Is it simply another possible conversion to use outside of Season, or do they plan to avoid making seasons now and designed this new conversion system for this reason? 

I think the olvia buff is also something that makes a spring season a lot less likely.

All they have to do is double the amount of Olvia servers and make them available to anyone with a toon less than level 61 99%.

Would fix alot of Karma issues.

There are way too many season servers and too often, they need an upgrade on Olvia server mechanics than seasonal servers, especially with those free jew all they do is fk up the market

Possibly, but them excluding Sage from season servers could also be to force players to diversify their gameplay choices during seasons. We've seen season servers full of Hashashin and Nova players because there's usually rewards for leveling up that class, on top of season leveling rewards. It was an annoying "choice" between getting more rewards for playing the new class, or getting less and playing the class you actually want to.
