It's impossible to prove unless people got their hands on the source code.

I do know that new players get better RNG than veteran players temporarily and that if you leave for a month or two and come back, your RNG luck comes back. Happens all the time to people I know including myself. It's likely part of the casino psychology that they employ in the game. But once that luck runs out, they're stuck with the lot of us. If they ever get brought to court over it they could just say it was a bug in the code and they didn't know since the game is littered with bugs.

Hidden luck is an obvious thing though whether it's programmed in or not. I can tell you each character and account is luckier than others in certain things. Ever wonder why one character seemingly fails enhancement 90% of the time with a 75% chance of succeeding while another character has a 90% of success on a 75% chance of succeeding? How about how one character that is really bad at finding crystals and other expensive loot while gathering while another character with the same stats have much higher luck, like considerably higher each and every time?

It's strange, it may have not be done on purpose either, computer algorithms do funny things at times. But it's also likely that people carry their own luck in real life since we're all part of the same quantum universe. It may be possible that when we believe certain characters are luckier than others we are enforcing this as reality. Solar flares also have influences on RNG, there are so many parameters but what we know in science is that there's no such thing as something truly random. Even a TRNG isn't truly random.

but i still have a tinfoil hat for RNG. i do not believe in any game, especially this one, that says this or that is random. my guess, and it is my tinfoil hat guess, is that the RNG in this game is adjusted in ways we cannot see, to our disadvantage. the house always wins. i do not have any proof of this, just my thoughts.
