Hello to everybody reading here. I decided to copy-paste this from the forums of Kakao Games with minor edits.

I write this topic to give an idea about something rarely brought in a game. And these are:

Chariots.

Yes. I am giving an idea to bring them to existence in Black Desert online for the purposes of either racing or warfare... Perhaps even travelling? One chariot to have two horses, one charioteer and space for one or two other players-making a total of three that can mount up on the carriage. The "passengers" can be active in warfare by being equipped with a halberd or a bow. Repairable and customizable with skins. Carriage to be crafted or bought from MP. Horses-bring two together, which the player already owns. The driver gets skills over time, while driving the chariot as if sailing on a ship-ability to go through and trample mobs or other players(with PvP on), accelerate quicker... Or anything else as a skill. I'll edit my post, if something else comes up.

Add carried goodies that can be stollen from other players and Im all for it. With guard to be hired could be very interesting mode.

That's something <1% of palyers would be intrested in it, hence would be a waste of effort.

Why is this so familiar for me? Oh. Wait! That got you inspired from the mentioned mansion system in the future. Correct?

The idea is to add some sort of a diversity of mounts. Also keep in mind that a chariot is smaller than a cart you can see now in BDO. Arms can be carried on a chariot(bow+quiver of arrows for example). In the distant past, chariots usually were used for warfare or for a race. Travelling from places(battlefield or a race track) for those reasons too. Anything else was rarely carried, it's not impossible.

We'll see. I am waiting for results, not... Theories.

I see now. Yea some varieties in mounds could be good. Not cars like Tera or Archage ofc.
