[Karma System and Guild Wars] Rebalance to make it less punishing but still protecting actual players

Really think it's time to rebalance it to stop griefers abusing it freely.

- Remove the increase of karma loss by gear difference, and instead replace it with a bigger gap depending on play time (account or highest character playtime)

Reason: Protect actual new players and not people who just remove gear to screw you up.

- Remove crystal/Lightstone destruction and gear downgrade

Reason: Way too punishing. Or at least reduce the amount that can be destroyed to a maximum 1 per death for crystals. Can instead reduce their stats, Increase their weight, make their horse slower/not allow them to use it, Increase cost of things, Empower the guards in towns, make mobs deal more damage to them... Many other options that can be punishing. 

- Remove the no-ability to war guilds, and instead for guilds who have No wars up or Nodes, Limit the guild war duration and make it cost a bit.

Reason: There is no reason to allow such punishments to organized groups. Thinks its a well-balanced suggestion

- Place CD on multiple use of Tears and Insta respawn from PVP deaths.

Reason: Lets admit it, everyone have too many of them from events and BSA and everything. Its no longer limited by wallet.

Example for CD could be : 0s on first death, 15s for 2nd-3rd, 30s on 4th etc etc....

- Guildless players that do not fall under new player category should have CD on how often you lost karma from killing them

Reason: Just to close another abuse point, but it should not apply to new players.

Most importantly PA, you need to understand that the culture in Korean servers is not the same as other servers.

This is to be an actual balancing suggestion with keeping the karma system. The moment you know how the current karma system works, its way to easy to abuse it. I'm among the players who don't want to abuse it, but something have no other possiblity.

Edit: For anyone who'll say "Just Go Arsha", Not all classes are able to defend themselves well in PVP situations.

the "just go arsha" will never work. it would mean that it would be the only server for too many ppl to actually live there, and where free pvp may also mean "continuosly getting harassed" even xv1. arsha grinding is fine, but it shoulndt be your "only way out" of a griefing situation.

another interesting punish may be disabling magnus tp and storage while negative, for avoiding the too easy spread around of red players.
i also think that the game should offer the possibility of being a "red player", in valencia days of the game it was actually ewnjoyable with muiqunn city nearby some populated spots, and the bandit system overoing the red karma, allowing you to not break your own gear by losing once after a long series of victories.
what i would personally like to see is an improved prison system on all the map, that will keep u locked for 2-5 mins, and then releasing you on the affiliated node of the place you die

That is probably for the best. He wants bdo to be a single player even though it is a MMORPG.

He wants Marni Realm for grind zones to not be one hour a day but permanent.
