Title: UI improvements for using Alchemy Stones

Region (NA/EU): EU
Suggestion/Comments: Change the UI for activating/deactivating Alchemy Stones to look/work the same way as the "Auto-use Items" pet option. A large flashing button next to the pet/fairy icon so it will be much harder to forget about an active stone and easier to activate/deactivate. In addition, the automatic use of the alchemy stone should be disabled when the character is relogged (just like "Auto-use Items").
