Title: A pure lifeskill server

Suggestion/Comments: While I understand the idea of PVE only servers (such as Season or New Olvia servers) is both controversial in the community and possibly easy to abuse if it were to be implemented without changing the current mechanics, a lifeskill-only server (an opposite of Arsha server) would not bring the same kind of issues. A pure lifeskill server would feature the same gathering spots as other servers, monsters you can gather resources from (ex. weasels, lions, ogres for blood, hunting mobs) but no other kinds of mobs, fishing hotspots, wild horses, and NPC bandits/ships that can disrupt trade and barter. PvP would be disabled outside of guild wars.
Many lifeskill oriented players choose to play on the Arsha server because of the buffs, which is ironic both because this leaves them mostly defenseless in a setting where they can freely be harassed with no consequences, and because they are not using a PVP oriented server for its purpose - that being, of course, PVP and more competitive forms of PVE. If a different server for lifeskilling with the same buffs Arsha currently has existed, lifeskillers with no interest in PVP could move there instead to compete for resources with like-minded players (and the buff in Arsha could be changed to no longer apply to lifeskilling to consolidate the separation of PVP and lifeskilling activities); the buff would be justified because popular lifeskilling zones would be crowded and contested, and NPC obstacles could be more frequent or difficult to deal with.
If a particular gathering or hunting zone was contested between two players who can't reach an agreement, a reworked form of Yar! could be played instead of a duel: the loser would receive a debuff to their speed, making it difficult to keep up with the winner if they still won't leave the spot. Smuggling would not be available, and characters with negative karma wouldn't be able to enter the server.
Navarn steppe and hunting mobs might not yield infinite MP pot pieces because the zone would be too contested between players who don't usually lifeskill, may get frustrated or want to abuse war declarations to forcefully empty the zone.

It will not work. PVP players has made it clear in other posts. It also has been said, rejected, and posted here many times. Also deleted by PA. So please, everyone, I suggest PVE / Life Skillers to move on and wait for something else and migrate to another MMO game. It's no use to start a post like this again.... it's no use.
Let the PVP have it. It's pointless... let them have their way.

......or there may be legitimate underlying reasons why similar things keep getting asked. Is the idea of more PVP on Arsha and more lifeskilling elsewhere that abhorrent? Saying "find a different game and move on" doesn't seem like a great marketing choice for a game that allowed a mechanic to be there in the first place.

When you leave the game, take the pvp players too. If they don't accept the pve side of the game, they also chose the wrong game.

And this is why there's only like 15,000 players at peak hours now while PvE focused games have 40,000+. Telling people their opinion / feedback is wrong so go play another game is a shitty attitude to have. Just because you hate people and want to forcefully engage in PvP against defenseless lifeskillers doesn't mean everyone wants to. I think a lifeskill only server is a fantastic idea. They have Arsha, they could also give lifeskillers their own server.
However, I'm more interested in seeing what RIOT Games releases as their MMORPG. It might be a healthy competition between RIOT, Crimson Desert and FFXIV. Sorry but ESO is almost dead, GW2 isn't gaining back its momentum despite their hardest attempts and Tera 2 dev seemingly doesn't exist. There are other MMORPGs in the works but the top 3 will likely be Crimson, whatever RIOT releases and FFXIV.
