Well i guess people think it fun to block the docks so other can not get in or out Villa is the worse does not matter what channel you pick eather. I do not have any clue why they leave them out eather other to make it hard for other. I wish eather they make the safe zone bigger at Villa or make it boat get store after 15 mins.

This is all allowed because of terrible player conflict mentality that's game driven. Couple it with horrible game design and you have a mixture of even more terrible effects. However, pearl abyss is slow to fix things that are very simple. So here we are sadly.

Why don't they remove collision on ships when in a docking area?  EZ fix.

They have.  There are 2 parts to the problem.

1) They expanded the size of the Velia harbor, without expanding the safe zone.  So the no-collision area barely goes out past the far docks.

2) It makes a mess of trying to get on your ship (or a party member's ship) when there are 15 ships stacked on top of each other.  And as you sail through the other ships, party members can be randomly grabbed by the other boats and taken off of yours.

They should just remove the safe zone from the docks, so they get cleared by the good guys periodically.
