Morning Star should be a Gift and not a Skill. - i thought the fairy would replace the firefly. You could have varying light levels/skill level based on the type/level of fairy. or simply make it available only to radiant fairies. 

Be able to get all skills for Fairy and not have to pick and have level be based on level of fairy and not just the chance/ability for higher level. 

Having to re-roll skills using a paid item could be considered gambling and therefore illegal in several countries. we should be able to max the skills without paying an arm and a leg for it. Make it so leveling the fairy automatically levels the skill.  add a 5th fairy type so level 5 can be learned. - i.e. radiant fairy will always have Max level skills, while faint fairy will only be one level 1 skill and max fairy level of 10. Thea's orb would automatically grant 10 levels so as to unlock the next skill. fairy queen's might would only be used to rebirth personality and not reset sklls (there wouldn't be a need anymore.) and make it a choice not an RNG. 

Add Fairy tear 5 to match the other skills.
