I mean basicly all the costums clip somewhere and I am not sure if this even can be fixed. I guess the problem is that costume are static in their lose parts like skirts etc and with the sliders of body proportions being all over the place, still need to fit somehow. So most flowy parts have a gap between body and cloths.
I mean I would already be happy if they fix cape animations, cause some capes have amazing flowy animations while running and on horse, while others just fold into themselves when you sit or ride.
All classes except Dark Knight and Lahn suffer from this issue. As far as I understand, this is due to a lack of bones in the skeleton of the 3D model and improper or missing physics with Havok.
A good comparison is Sin Terrna on Dark Knight and Mystic. On Dark Knight, Sin Terrna's loincloth (the cloth that dangles between the legs) droops down and reacts naturally to player movement. This includes posing, running, jumping, sitting and using skills. On Mystic, Sin Terrna's loincloth behaves rigidly. The loincloth is stiff and looks extremely unnatural while posing, running, jumping, using skills and most notably, while sitting.
This is an issue they are very capable of fixing and it would be great if they would address it as it is very frustrating to see that an outfit on Dark Knight and Lahn is10 times better than on any other class.
It'd be lovely if they could fix all the weird stiff parts on outfits. It's so hard to take a screenshot when the ugly parts poke out as if they were dipped in starch or glue.
I was looking early at the the kunoichi's new outfit. It was obvious that it was not rigged for the class, as all her dedicated outfits don't have the horrible clipping issues this one does. And while I understand that the complexity of the models doesn't allow for 100% clipping-free outfits, the last few rounds were downright horrible, with Secrua being probably the worst offender on the topic. Clipping everywhere, stiff loincloths and capes or, if not, definitely not behaving as the material they're supposed to be made off.
Funny enough, even an older outfit, made for class launches is horrendous, with, again, the same issue of the dangly bits not acting as the material they're supposed to be made of. Yes, I'm looking at you, Exclaire. And Oblivion! Another exclusive outfit that fails hard on female classes, sold at a premium no less.
Thing is, they can do better. Older outfits are solid proof of that. But, I guess, why bother, when it's easier to just show more skin (unreasonably more, this time, imo) and still sell outfits, right?! :(
Yup, that's the issue, that with the premium outfit prizing it just feels as if the developers want to cash in some lazy buck from us customers. We don't like being treated like that and we are acustomed to better - which is also due to some very good artist work that has been done for this game in the past.
I stick to DK not for gameplay reasons, but becayse it's one of the visually best designed classes. But seems as if PA nowadays us mostly unable to deliver the same level of quality. Was the plan to first make ppl believe they have a true AAA product here and then afterwards milk the customers with cheap content below the initial standard? Mind you: This always goes wrong on the long run.

Please do! :) Everything's evolving... and one would hope that with more experience and better tech, the outfits being sold would just improve. Alas, with what we have these days, I'd rather buy 2017 outfit, for top-notch quality and a better check on nudity :D
