When we got the guaranteed boss pen items from Jetina it was a huge step forward in terms of increasing BDO playability. But then you took two steps back and added nonsensical godr-ayed weapons. Nonsensical because their enchantment is not guaranteed. Yes, thanks to this system, we do not lose tet level of the black star, but it does not matter whether we have a zero chance for a pen black star or a zero chance for a higher lvl godr-ayed. In addition, items for the godr-ayed weapon enchantment drop only on elvia - these are too difficult zones for such an enchantment.

Consusion: dodr-ayed weapon enchantment system should be changed to guaranteed.

No, I think that you should get a pen Godr the moment you gain Merindora knowledge. Not everyone, mind you, just you.

If you think Saunils is a "too difficult zone" maybe you should take some time to learn a basic combo and stop using basic attacks?

First off if you can't grind basic elvia spots you are not supposed to even think about making or getting a pen blackstar.

Secondly you can always enjoy a pen Kzarka and go for the guaranteed caphra levels.

Godr-Ayed weapons were NEVER supposed to be an easier blackstar, you are misunderstanding their purpose. 

Their purpose is to have a '''''''Caphras'd'''''' TET blackstar so that you can hit higher brackets without necessarily tap a PEN blackstar. It's great because it allows you to hit a bracket while keeping it DUO or TRI which are easy-ish to obtain compared to PEN!!
