You're suggesting PA to be the first game to openly violate privacy. I can't think of a better way to scare off newcomers.

You want to say a portion of the BDO community is not just toxic, but intolerable.  Spreading Racism, Sexist, Death Threats, and other filth.

PeaceInChaos and other PVPers want to ENABLE THOSE SAME PEOPLE to harass and have a dramatic effect on others game play.  As is somehow these same people would magically behave and not ruin the game experience for others.

1. An MMORPG title is distinctly based on its persistent world. BDO qualifies as an MMORPG despite limited interaction.

2. I continue to play this game for a series of reasons: in-depth character customization, active combat system, free movement, etc.

3. I suggest you find or create a guild that suits your sensibilities. A like-minded guild acts as a microcosm of the BDO world in which you can experience the game the way you want. It is a realistic solution that tackles the problem efficiently.

4. A griefer and decker are built into the player versus player system. These are non-issues.

5. The problems you raise are not problems; they are a core part of a sandbox game that includes unstructured combat.

6. I didn't dismiss his post. I answered his weak response which was in fact a dismissal followed by a violation. It shows me his/her nature.

So in other words is the solution is to disable in-game chat and treat an MMORPG as just an RPG. Cool why do we play this game than there much better RPGs out there? Sure you can just block and ignore people that post this idiocy but than there nothing to say the next 10 people can't do it either or the next 100 after them? Am I suppose to be expected to just have everyone in the game blocked because PA refuse to enforce any kinda of rule on what can and can't be said in chat? That just unrealictic expendations for an MMORPG cause this is an MMORPG and not an RPG.

An what happen when I do block them well nothing saying they can't just start griefing me. Using the cloaked man in Velia to track me down 24/7, keep my guild perma decked just to grief me 24/7, feed me to mobs, kill me while I'm afk fishing, tell others I haven't blocked yet to DM the same BS to me. So ya blocking someone doesn't actually magically make the problem go away does it.

It almost as if this magically solution you told people to use just doesn't actually work or solve the problem at it core. As if it just throwning a bandaid on a laceration and your left wondering why it won't stop bleeding.

1. You misunderstood. BDO is admittedly single-player oriented up until endgame. I didn't put words in your mouth. I was clarifying the significance of the MMO within MMORPG.

P.S oh than in other words you read the first sentance of my post and just assumed what the other 99% of the post was about. So in other words you just didn't read my post which means. You cherry picked it and dismissed the main point. Cause were exactly in my post am I not calling this game an MMORPG? Were exactly in my post am I even discussion the ethnicity that his game is or isn't MMORPG? My post is talking about what this thread is about which is toxicity not weather this game is classified as an MMORPG or not.
