IRL events need to be announced 3-6 months ahead of schedule, not 1month

Unless PA is planning to pay for the air fare and hotel for the short notice of high price, announce IRL events 3-6 months ahead. All the IRL events I have seen so far, like comic con, twitch con, anime expo, etc. are announced 6 to 12 months ahead of schedule, the air fare and hotel booking with just 2-3 weeks ahead is ridiculously expensive.
